A Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) designed to locate individuals in emergencies using satellite signals.

Imagine going on an exciting outdoor adventure, far away from cities and towns. But suddenly, you twist your ankle and can't walk. You're in trouble because there's no way to call for help.

That's where baze comes in. It's a new kind of gadget called a Personal Locator Beacon (PLB). It's made to help people in emergencies, like yours. baze is designed to be easy to use and affordable for everyone.

It works in different places, like on land, in the mountains, and even in water. You can customize it to fit your needs with different parts. And if you need help, just press a button. baze sends a signal to a special center that can send help right to where you are.

So, whether you're hiking, climbing, or exploring, baze is there to keep you safe. With baze, you can enjoy your outdoor adventures knowing that help is just a push away.

how?

people should be able to make an emergency call in emergency situations where normal cellular service is not available. this emergency call must be inexpensive, fast and acessable to everyone.

a simple and easy device that you can have or want to take with you at all times. in terms of design, it has to be more suitable for everyday use. communication via satellite with the emergency call center. must work in the air, on land,in the mountains and in the water.

target group

the redesign of the PLB is more
focused on a mainstream product.
It is for everybody and not just for
professional outdoor people.
